How much does it cost?
We work on a 'no cure no pay' basis. When HousingOnlinehasfound you suitable accommodation, we will charge you one month of rent(+VAT)for mediation activities.
Conditions:
For a private rental agreement we require:
- Copy tenants passport
- Copy employment contract
- Copy bankstatement
- Copy salaryslip
For a company rental agreement we require:
- Copy of the Authorized representative
- Copy of recent income tax claim
- Copy statement from the Chamber of Commerce
