Different areas will give you different rules:

Amsterdam: Since there has been a shortage of housing for the last 80 years the municipality has provided the agencies who work in Amsterdam with a set of ground rules. We as an Amsterdam based agencies obey these rules and are more then willing to explain them to you.

Short stay apartments fall under these special rules. We do not supply short stay contracts in Amsterdam apart from those who have approval from the city of Amsterdam.

Outside Amsterdam we will check the “local rules” before we will offer it to you to make sure there are no legal bariers.

When we find you a property we will negotiate the best contract and will make sure the contract is legally sound. Before check-in we have sorted out the contract and the payment of the deposit and the 1st month rent.

Our fees:

contracts under 6 months 15% of the total rent
contracts over 6 months 1 month rent (if the rent is inclusive of utilities the commission is charged over the total amount)

Commissions are not refunded because of early cancellation.

All commissions are subject to 19% BTW.
